Erin Oliver


Erin is a creative producer who brings an exceptional skillset to the forefront of creative production. With an extensive career spanning over 17 years, her portfolio boasts an impressive roster of clients including iconic names like McDonald's, AGL, La Trobe University, Vic Gov, and IGA. Among her career defining moments, she has conducted interviews with Sarah Jessica Parker for David Jones, Shane Jacobson for IGA, and orchestrated the production of McHappy Day featuring international stars Katie Holmes and Eva Mendes.  


Erin's skill lies in her aptitude for innovative and strategic ideation, her flair for directing talent, and her ability to seamlessly bridge the gap between the realms of PR and compelling video content. 


Kate Thompson


Kate leads strategy development and supports creative, production and account teams with insight, analysis and communications planning. She has an extensive background in communications and brand strategy, content strategy, content marketing, digital and social media, with 18 years’ experience working alongside some of Australia’s most recognisable brands including NAB, Dan Murphy’s, HCF, Australian Unity, Mercedes-Benz, Visit Victoria, TAC, CSR, and SEEK.

A director, producer and editor with a passion for discovering captivating narratives within every piece of content, whether it adheres to the classic 5-act structure or arises from a single, subtle, evocative cut. Leigh melds his diverse and extensive talents with a profound fascination for emerging technology and innovation. Embracing every facet of video production, he continually adapts to new storytelling methods, creatively overcoming daily challenges. He revels in those moments when everything harmonises to breathe life into something genuinely distinctive.
