Kate Thompson


Kate leads strategy development and supports creative, production and account teams with insight, analysis and communications planning. She has an extensive background communications and brand strategy, content strategy, content marketing, digital and social media, with 18 years’ experience working alongside some of Australia’s most recognisable brands including including Dan Murphy's, HCF, Visit Victoria, Australian Unity, CSR, Mercedes-Benz, TAC and SEEK. 

Prior to joining the Hardie Grant Media network in 2016, Kate worked at Clemenger BBDO as Interactive Director and has also spent many years client-side working at NAB, IOOF, and Challenger Financial Services. From social content to integrated brand campaigns, Kate has a good understanding of what it takes to craft stories that stand out and and achieve communication goals.
